Fees
- Annual Family Membership: $50 non-refundable fee.
- Children will be enrolled on a first come- first serve basis.
- No child will be accepted in class if there is any pending financial obligation.

About Payments
BY SEMESTER: tuition must be received by FIRST DAY OF FALL SEMESTER and by FIRST DAY OF SPRING SEMESTER or if register at later time: at time of registration
BY YEAR: tuition must be received by FIRST DAY OF FALL SEMESTER
Check or cash accepted. Quickpay, Zelle accepted.
Credit Card payments are subject to a 4% convenience fee.
Checks returned from bank subject at $25 fee.
Late Payment Fee: Payments received after payment DATE (see above) subject to $25 fee.
Late Pick-Up Policy: Pick up time is from 5.45p to 6pm. AFTER 6pm, you will be charged $1 per minute. You will sign out : in a different sign out sheet labeled : LATE PICK UP .
You will be expected to PAY THE LATE FEE on the same day to the person staying with your child.
If you need special arrangements please let the office know so we can allocate staff accordingly.
If you are going to be late, please call the appropriate center to notify the teacher so they (your child and the teachers) are aware of you being late.

Refunds: No refunds under any circumstance.
MAKE UP CLASSES depending on availability and only 2 per term . Due to Covid 19 make up classes and /or days are suspended until further notices.
PRORATED MONTHS OR PAYMENTS ONLY if you join the group after the second week of the term.
